Design Collective’s Towson Residence Tower
As one of my first projects this renovation was a great learning experience for me. A complete interior gut renovation as well as a re-skinning of the facade transformed this late 1960’s modernist residence hall into a contemporary new dorm. We removed portions of the second floor slab and walls at the base to allow for a more welcoming entry and to get daylight into the buildings shared amenity spaces.
